Cambridge English: Preliminary
Having completed the A2 Level examination (KEY), students continue their language learning journey in the following year, and prepare for the Cambridge English Preliminary test, also known as the Preliminary English Test (PET), at B1 Level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Our B1 Level courses provide learners with practical language skills for everyday use. Content and topics of the course are specifically targeted at the interests and experience of school-aged learners.

Our B1 level classes develop learners’ abilities to communicate in English for practical tasks and situations. Students learn to write descriptions of events, articles and reviews; they learn important skills such as note-taking, expressing opinions on abstract and cultural matters, they also practise conversing about routines as well as factual information.
This course teaches students to become aware of opinions, attitudes and mood in spoken and written English, allowing them to use the language to communicate with native speakers for everyday purposes.
